CONNECTING FAMILIES + COMMUNITITES
At Brave Heart Wellbeing we are your ‘Wellness Support Hub’ – dedicated to helping the families in our community access the support and tools they need to experience better mental health and wellbeing and create deeper connections with each other.
Our team of Psychologists and Mental Health Specialists are passionate about early intervention; here to support and guide you through the challenges of anxiety, relationships, the schooling years, grief and other mental health obstacles as you grow together.

HOW DO WE HELP?
-
Children
We help children who are struggling with friendships and bullying, anxiety and confidence to increase their self-belief and self-esteem.
-
Adolescents
We work with adolescents who are struggling with emotional changes related to anger, exam stress, worry and friendship changes. We help them to effectively develop resilience and self-kindness to reduce their levels of distress.
-
Adults
We support adults in managing stress, understanding grief and loss and struggling with supporting their children. We help them to recognise distress in themselves and others and effectively support and assist loved ones.
-
Families
We provide support for families who feel at a loss to connect and talk to each other by helping them develop and identify healthy boundaries and ways to communicate.
-
Couples
We help couples who are struggling with connecting and communicating by developing shared goals and values and communicating these to each other
-
Schools
We help couples who are struggling with connecting and communicating by developing shared goals and values and communicating these to each other

“through an artistic lens, a Kintsugi object is
permanently both evidence of crisis and cure”
Keulemans, Guy (January 2, 2016). "The Geo-cultural Conditions of Kintsugi". The Journal of Modern Craft.
Kintsugi teaches us that in life we can turn adversity into something that is beautiful and resilient. Kintsugi shows us that in time, we can heal from our wounds, embrace our imperfections, and become stronger. Kintsugi reminds us that no matter our difficulties, we can find a way to reframe and find meaning in life.

We wish to acknowledge the traditional custodians of the land where we conduct our business, the Whadjuk Noongar people. We wish to acknowledge and respect their continuing culture and the contribution they make to the life of this city and this region.
